The Code

The Vehicle For Hire Code took effect on June 7, 2003. After the State of Missouri passed the VFH Code, it was adopted by both St. Louis County and St. Louis City.

At the November 28, 2006 meeting, the Commission adopted a new penalty system. The system classifies penalties and assigns points. The schedule of penalties is in effect as of December 1, 2006. Click here to see the schedule of penalties.
